Don't do it!!!!Go somewhere else.Went in on 7/26/26 to get a pm and I let them know to make sure to tighten my oil filter(Ovisually it's happened before at this location)Then I let them know that I wanted to see fluids on the plate.They had the Scooby-Doo look.I should have known rite there to run.The guy under the truck didn't know what he was doing cause I had to tell him how to check the rear end fluid but yet everyone is on their phone talking.I leave and go down about three blocks to Kenworth to get some parts and when I come out guess what😡😡😡😡

We want to report a very negative experience. We asked for the price beforehand, and your staff gave us a number. But when the bill came, it was twice as high. When we refused to pay the doubled price, your staff threatened to put us on a blacklist. This is unacceptable behavior. We expect transparent pricing and professional treatment, not intimidation.”

Called and asked if I could get a repair done, told them it would take us 45 min out of the way to get there and they said “no problem, will get it done” I asked again if they could sure take care of it tonight, they said “yes”. Driver gets there in 45 min checks in and they say “we got a road call , won’t be able to get you in tonight”. I understand this is a fist come first serve but if you’re going to make someone drive 1.5h hours out of their way at least explain that there’s a risk it might not happen. Don’t promise anything you can’t deliver on!

I would strongly advise caution when considering the inspection at Speedco for commercial truck DOT inspections. Unfortunately, it feels like they are setting trucks up to fail. In my experience, and that of many colleagues—our company has over 40 trucks—every time we went there, they found some minor issue, even though a second opinion at another shop across the highway passed the truck with no problem. After talking with our company’s management and other drivers, it’s clear this is a recurring pattern. Whether it’s a lack of proper training or something more concerning, like corruption, we can’t say for sure. But for now, I’d suggest using a different inspection location to avoid unnecessary stress and failed results.

They broke the oil filter inside my engine And my engine is messed up the engine Cuz of them stopped
